Well, there's a lot more to it, but yes, chicken and broccoli can be used as a simple example!

A bodybuilders diet is very high in protein: (Turkey, chicken, fish and steak)
A bodybuilders diet contains carbohydrates eaten for a reason: (Rice, Ricecakes & Sweet potato)
Healthy fats: Olive oil, Omega 3 fish oil, Nuts & nut butters
Vegetables: Mountains of broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts- an abundance of anything green.
Fruit: Dark skinned fruit like blueberries
