Any more advice for Wexford Healthy Eaters?

I think it’s great that websites such as Wexford Healthy Eats now exist to help educate people on better food choices. So many people in Wexford spend their money in gyms, fitness classes, work their asses off but are not getting the results they desire as their nutrition lets them down.
