Does your diet fit into one of our stereotypes?
If so, which one? If not, what would you brand it as?
No, but I do fast every week for approximately 20 hrs. For me, it helps rebalance the body. We spend too much time in a fed state. Putting your body in a fasted state short term has a lot of health benefits.
I’ve heard it called intermittent fasting!

"I don’t like the word diet. This word has most of the world messed up- Just because you eat healthily it’s not a diet."

Have you followed any “Diets”or “Detox” in the past?
If so, which one? Elaborate
Not really, I don’t like the word diet. This word has most of the world messed up, just because you eat healthily it’s not a diet.
I followed "Eat stop eat, Brad Pilon"

Any more advice for Wexford Healthy Eaters?
I would advise people to have a wellness evaluation. The Wellness evaluation will identify key areas that you will need to focus on to reach your wellness goals and a healthier future. Also a little bit of advice for people, start choosing foods based on nutritional value and not always taste.
