If you're reading this and you want to change your life then the best thing you can do is to start and by start i mean now not tomorrow.

I have been coaching people for a long time and the biggest aspect i find to focus on is there mental attitude.  Without the mindset the best plan wont work.

Working to change people's bodies and lifestyle is my passion.  I use solid nutritional and training principles along with mentorship and solving the big problems facing a client.  Im starting a body transformation group on the 12th of may running for 12 weeks. Places will be limited and there will be a offer running until the end of this month for those interested in signing up early.
